Susana Ferreira

Susana Ferreira is an Associate Editor at The Believer, as well as a journalist, producer, and freelance writer for magazines and film. She was the inaugural winner of the Matthew Power Literary Reporting Award and has received fellowships from MacDowell and Black Mountain Institute. Susana holds dual Portuguese-Canadian citizenship and was raised by West End Toronto, within the treaty lands and territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation.
