May Ziadé and Lucile Gauvain

May Ziadé is a French Lebanese writer and filmmaker living in Paris. When she isn’t writing about her hyphenated identities, May spends most of her days working on other people’s films to earn a living.

Lucile Gauvain is a graphic designer and illustrator based in Paris. She loves creating fictional universes that are inspired by her work in film. Being constantly surrounded by artificial sets is what led her to become fixated on exploring the boundary between fantasy and reality.
