Azareen Van der Vliet Oloomi

Azareen Van der Vliet Oloomi is the author of Call Me Zebra (Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, 2018), and the critically acclaimed novel Fra Keeler (Dorothy, a publishing project 2012). In 2015, Van der Vliet Oloomi was the recipient of a Whiting Writers’ Award and the National Book Foundation “5 Under 35” award. Her work has appeared in Electric Literature, the Paris ReviewGRANTAGuernicaBOMB, the Los Angeles Review of Books Quarterly Journal, and elsewhere. Find her on Twitter @avandervliet.
