Alexander Kauffman is a lecturer in the history of art & cinema and media studies at the University of Pennsylvania. Since January 2018, he is the Anne d’Harnoncourt – Andrew W. Mellon Postdoctoral Curatorial Fellow at the Philadelphia Museum of Art. His research and teaching focus on the histories of modern art, cinema, and the museum.
